Staff identified and managed risks to their safety while using dynamic, positive risk assessments that promoted the person's independence and personal choices. Staffing levels were adequate to support the person and maintain their safety. Staff ensured the person took medicines safely, and the provider maintained robust infection prevention and control procedures with systems in place to learn from any incidents.
