Elmsmead

Elmsmead is a residential home supporting up to 12 people with learning disabilities, including autism. At the time of inspection, 10 people were living there. The home specialises in supporting people who may experience anxiety-related challenging behaviour. The building features bedrooms on both floors and various communal spaces, with each bedroom personalised to the individual. Residents have the option to share rooms if they wish, though currently no one does.

The home continues to be rated good. Since the last inspection, management and the provider have worked to ensure continual improvements at the service. Inspectors found no evidence of serious risks or concerns during this visit.
