Burnham Lodge Nursing Home

Burnham Lodge provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 20 people, with 19 residents receiving care at the time of inspection. People reported being happy with staff and the care provided, noting they were treated with kindness, dignity and respect. A calm and positive atmosphere was evident throughout the home.

Staff were positive about their roles and reported receiving good support and training. Communication between staff members was strong, and staffing levels generally worked well to meet residents' needs.
