Charnwood House Nursing Home

Charnwood House Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 35 people, including older people, those with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and people living with dementia. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. The home is accommodated in one adapted building with communal areas available on the ground floor.

Nursing and care staff demonstrated good understanding of people's needs and preferences. However, inspectors found that people's care records were not adequately maintained, presenting a gap between staff knowledge and documented care standards.
