About Brookhaven
Brookhaven provides mental health rehabilitation and recovery support for up to 22 adults, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. The service operates a person-led model of care designed to support individuals' own recovery pathways. Support plans are very detailed, person-centred documents that reflect assessed needs extremely well and are consistently reviewed, with any changes in need clearly recorded.
