Brookdale Care Home

Brookdale Care Home provides personal care and support to up to 58 people across a main house and a specialist dementia unit. At inspection, 48 residents were living at the home. People and their relatives described staff as kind, caring and respectful, with residents confirming they received care tailored to their individual wants and needs. Inspectors observed warm and friendly interactions between staff and residents, as well as with visitors. The home offers a range of activities and opportunities designed to promote independence and choice both within the home and in the community. A coffee shop on-site creates a welcoming social space for residents and visitors.
