Chaffinch Residential Care Home

Chaffinch provides personal care to five people with mental health needs in an adapted community home where residents have their own bedrooms and share communal spaces including a lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms.

People and their relatives speak positively about improvements since the current manager and nominated individual took ownership, noting that residents are involved in their care planning and encouraged to maintain independence with support. Staff are equally positive about the workplace environment, describing the manager and nominated individual as supportive and approachable. Staff receive the training and support needed for their roles.
