19 Leicester Villas provides care and support for up to five people with a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, two people were living in the service. The home is situated in a residential area with easy access to local amenities and transport links, and has been developed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion.
