Bright Meadows

Bright Meadows is a purpose-built care home accommodating up to 121 people across five wings, providing residential, nursing, residential dementia and nursing dementia care. At the time of inspection, 100 people were using the service.

Systems in place helped safeguard people from the risk of abuse, and assessments of risk and safety with supporting measures helped minimise risks. Staff managed people's medicines safely. The home has been recommended to prioritise record keeping to ensure people's care records are kept up to date.
