Laburnum Lodge

The service demonstrated strong infection prevention and control procedures, with clear communication at reception to professional visitors. Staff maintained regular contact with family members, keeping them informed of current guidance and requirements. The service successfully contained outbreaks and learned lessons to improve future responses, with staff responding calmly to potential issues and developing better understanding of infection prevention practices.
