Bridge House Care Home

Bridge House provides personal and nursing care to older people across three floors, with separate facilities for residential support, nursing care, and dementia support. At inspection, 45 people were living at the home. Some improvements were needed in medicines management, though the service had systems in place and made changes during the inspection. The home had safely recruited enough staff to meet people's needs, and was reducing high agency use through new appointments. Staff received safeguarding training and understood how to respond to concerns, while the service worked with authorities to address safeguarding issues and learn from previous experiences.
