Bridge House Care Home

Bridge House Care Home provides personal care for up to 66 people, including older people living with dementia and those with nursing needs. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 63 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found significant improvements since the previous inspection, raising the rating from requires improvement to good. People were kept safe, medicines were managed properly, and staff had good knowledge of residents' needs. Feedback from people and relatives was positive, describing staff as kind and caring, with care that felt person centred.

The management team was seen as responsive, with effective systems to drive ongoing improvement.
