Brentwood

Brentwood provides personal care for up to four people with a learning disability from an adapted building with an enclosed garden in a residential area of Sunderland. At the time of inspection, all four places were occupied. The service supports residents with respect, equality and dignity, enabling them to make choices and maintain their independence while accessing local communities.
