NHS Continuing Healthcare could cover 100% of care costs with no means test.
The Court provides accommodation and support for up to three people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service. Staff deliver person-centred support designed to promote control, choice, and independence, enabling residents to live meaningful lives with the best possible outcomes. The service focuses on helping people achieve fulfilling lives while receiving planned and coordinated support tailored to their individual needs.
