Ashdale - Sunderland is a residential care home supporting four people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities and autism. The service operates from one large adapted house, with residents having access to their own private space as well as communal areas for socialising. The premises are designed to be homely and encourage independent living where people choose their level of interaction with others.

People living at the home were very happy with the care and support they received from staff. The service follows principles that promote the right support for residents in a way that respects their autonomy and preferences.
