Rosehill provides personal care for up to six people with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, all six places were occupied. The service supports people to have maximum choice, control and independence, with staff communicating in ways that meet individual needs.

The management team demonstrates strong knowledge of capacity assessments and best interest decisions, ensuring people are supported to make their own choices following best practice. Staff focus on people's strengths and help them achieve their goals, promoting fulfilling and meaningful everyday lives. The service manages medicines safely and follows current infection prevention and control guidance.
