Brendoncare Meadway

Brendoncare Meadway provides residential care and support for up to 13 older people across two floors, with access via stairs, lift and stair lift. At inspection, 11 people were receiving care at the home.

Residents reported feeling safe, with risk assessments in place tailored to their individual needs. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of the people they care for and understood their safeguarding responsibilities and legal duty to report concerns. However, medicines were not always managed safely. The inspector made a recommendation about medication practices, and the provider took action to address this during the inspection.
