Brackenlea Care Home

Brackenlea Care Home accommodates up to 25 people across two floors accessible by stairs or lift. At the time of inspection, 21 people were living at the service. The provider has made sustained improvements since the previous inspection, implementing systems to ensure people's records are accurate, complete and contemporaneous. Medicines management has been strengthened with improved procedures for safe ordering, storage, administration, recording and disposal. The registered manager assesses risks to people's health and wellbeing using a range of assessments to determine the appropriate level of care each person requires.
