Breach House

Breach House provides residential care and accommodation for up to 34 older people, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service.

The home has made improvements to risk assessment and management, though further enhancements are needed. While medication administration has improved, safe storage of medicines requires additional attention. Staff recruitment follows safe procedures, and staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs. Staff demonstrate good understanding of infection control measures, and the provider has shown willingness to learn from incidents and implement improvements.
