However, inspectors identified several concerns. Medicines management systems lacked robustness and were not sufficient to identify issues in a timely way. Staffing levels during night shifts were inadequate to meet residents' needs. Environmental safety issues meant some areas required repairs and refurbishment. The provider was recommended to improve leadership and management oversight, and to establish more accessible ways for feedback on quality and care delivery.
