This residential care home accommodates up to 33 older people and people living with dementia, with 26 residents at the time of inspection. The service operates across two floors in a single house. Staff received sufficient training to meet people's needs and safe recruitment systems were in place.

Infection control measures were implemented with a housekeeping team completing daily cleaning tasks.

However, inspectors identified several concerns. Medicines management systems lacked robustness and were not sufficient to identify issues in a timely way. Staffing levels during night shifts were inadequate to meet residents' needs.

Environmental safety issues meant some areas required repairs and refurbishment. The provider was recommended to improve leadership and management oversight, and to establish more accessible ways for feedback on quality and care delivery.
