Bernadette House

Bernadette House provides personal and nursing care to 39 residents, with capacity for up to 40 people. Trained and competent staff administer prescribed medicines, with the registered manager continuously driving improvements in medicines practices. Following inspection feedback, the manager increased auditing of medicines management.

A quality assurance system identifies areas for improvement and ensures action is taken. Staff receive regular supervision and attend meetings. The registered manager demonstrates good knowledge of duty of candour responsibilities. Staff, relatives, and residents all spoke highly of the management team.
