Substantial improvements had been made since the previous inspection, with quality assurance systems strengthened to better monitor safety through audits.

However, more time was needed to ensure the recording of medicine systems, repositioning records and recruitment processes were effectively implemented and embedded in practice. A recommendation was made regarding the recruitment of staff.
