Blythe House

Blythe House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 younger adults with learning disabilities. The home maintains a discreet appearance with no identifying signage, and staff avoid wearing clothing that suggests they work there, creating an environment that blends into the community setting.

The provider safeguards people from abuse, with staff trained to recognise and report concerns appropriately. Relevant risk assessments are completed for each person, and accidents and incidents are monitored to identify trends and reduce risk. People are supported to take their medicines safely, and the service participates in STOMP, an initiative focused on addressing over-medication concerns.
