The Old Hall provides care for people with a learning disability and autistic people, supporting them to live meaningful, independent lives. The CQC found the service performing exceptionally well overall, with strong leadership and oversight from the provider, and staff who knew people's needs well.
Inspectors found people received safe, person-centred care in a caring and effective way, in line with right support, right care, right culture guidance. People were confident and comfortable with staff, relatives spoke highly of the service, and people were supported to stay in touch with family and take part in social activities of their choosing.
