Bluebell House

Bluebell House accommodates 24 people aged 65 and over, most of whom live with dementia or conditions associated with frailty and old age. The home features lounge and dining areas on two floors and bedrooms on three floors, with lift access throughout the building.

Residents reported feeling comfortable and well cared for. One person commented, "It's not been fun with lockdown but the staff have been great and we are certainly well cared for." The home previously received a requirement regarding unsafe medicine management. An action plan was submitted to address this concern, which had put people at risk.
