Primrose House

Primrose House provides care and support for up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. The purpose-built home has communal spaces and bedrooms across three floors. At inspection, 19 people were living at the service.

During the inspection, people appeared at ease with staff, and a healthcare professional spoke positively about the care and treatment provided. The service had effective safeguarding systems and processes in place, with staff understanding reporting procedures. The environment was safe, with regular health and safety checks and effective environmental monitoring in place.
