Southside

Southside is a residential care home for up to 13 people, specializing in care for working-age adults living with dementia and mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, 13 people were using the service. The home provides personal care including assistance with hygiene and eating tasks, alongside wider social care support.

The provider's quality assurance processes required additional improvements, as they had not always maintained consistent oversight across key areas of the service.
