Inspectors found people received safe, dignified care from well-trained staff, with enough staffing to meet needs promptly and risks managed effectively. Food and activities supported healthy, sociable lives, and the culture was open and respectful. Some shortfalls in medicine procedures had not been picked up by the provider's own audits, though people and relatives spoke positively about recent improvements and the management team.
