Larks Leas

Larks Leas provides personal and nursing care to up to 22 people aged 65 and over. Residents feel safe at the home and their relatives expressed confidence in the quality of care provided. The service uses personalised risk assessments to help reduce risks and ensures adequate staffing to meet people's needs promptly. People receive their medicines on time and as prescribed from trained staff who receive ongoing competency checks.

Residents are well supported to access healthcare services when required. The home maintains good communication with health professionals about people's care needs and wellbeing.
