Birling House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 29 people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and neurological conditions such as Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. Accommodation is arranged over two floors, with lift access between them.

The CQC found the service remained Good overall. Risks were managed well, staffing levels were sufficient, and people were supported to eat well and access healthcare. Inspectors found staff exceptionally caring, treating people with dignity and promoting independence, with care plans reflecting individual needs, including end of life wishes.

Leadership was visible and complaints were handled appropriately.
