This residential home provides care and support for four adults with multiple learning disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, communication difficulties, visual impairment, and challenging behaviour. The service is part of Avenues Trust and aims to support people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred care.

However, inspectors identified significant concerns. Staffing levels were not consistently maintained to meet people's needs, and staff did not always receive adequate training and supervision according to the provider's policies. Quality assurance systems were ineffective at driving improvements, and records were not kept consistently or updated promptly, creating risks for unsafe care and support.
