Bentley Lodge Care Home

Residents reported positive improvements under the new manager, describing staff as kind, gentle and caring. One resident commented, "The staff are happy, it makes it jolly" and another said, "We always have a laugh." Both residents and relatives felt safe in the care provided, with safeguarding processes in place and staff understanding their responsibility to report concerns.

The home maintains adequate staffing levels across all roles to meet residents' needs safely. Risk assessments are regularly completed and safety measures implemented, with the environment and equipment kept in full working order. The provider is continuing work on actions from a recent fire risk assessment.
