Bentley House

Bentley House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The service can support up to 90 people across six floors in a purpose-built building. Each floor has adapted facilities to accommodate people requiring nursing, dementia, and residential care. At the time of inspection, 60 people were living at the home.

Staff reported concerns about staffing levels, indicating there were not enough staff deployed to support people adequately. Risk assessments were noted as a concern area during the inspection.
