Westgate House Care Centre

Westgate House Care Centre accommodates up to 109 people, some living with dementia, across three floors. At the time of inspection, 95 people were residing at the service. The home had implemented robust systems to ensure visitors entered safely and reduce infection risk. Relatives and friends received awareness sessions on how to test for infection and correctly use personal protective equipment. The admission process ensured people and their relatives were fully informed when moving to the home.
