Risks to residents' safety and well-being were managed through formal processes, and care plans provided staff with the information needed to manage identified risks. Recruitment checks were robust to ensure staff suitability.

Staffing arrangements met people's needs on the day of inspection, with sufficient staff deployed. The home used agency staff to maintain continued safety, and the provider was actively recruiting through several staff retention initiatives, though feedback on staffing levels was mixed.
