Belgravia Care Home

Belgravia Care Home supports up to 25 people living with mental health challenges, dementia and physical disabilities in one adapted building. At the time of the assessment all 25 places were filled, with 17 people receiving personal care support. The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, finding it remained in breach of regulations on good governance, though earlier concerns about premises and equipment had been resolved.

Inspectors found some areas of the home unclean and raised concerns about staffing levels affecting how promptly people's needs were met, though the registered manager acted quickly once this was raised. Staff were found to be kind, respectful and well trained, people spoke positively about their care, and support with meals, activities and health referrals was working well.
