Belgravia Care Home

This care home provides personal care to 24 people, with capacity for up to 25. It supports residents with varying needs, including those living with dementia and mental health challenges.

During inspection, some areas of the home required cleaning and not all window restrictors met Health and Safety Executive guidance. Medicine management required improvement, with audits and checks not consistently driving quality improvements. Two care records would have benefitted from more detailed information to better support person-centred care.
