Duxbury House Residential Care Home

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding awareness, with the registered manager completing risk assessments to guide safe support for each person. Residents felt safer with staff administering their medicines and confirmed they received them on time. The home was clean throughout with good stocks of PPE available for staff.
