Chaseley Care Home

Chaseley Care Home provides personal care to up to 24 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 18 people were living at the home. Residents were satisfied with Covid-19 safety measures, which the registered manager implemented following national guidance to protect both people and staff.

However, the environment was not properly maintained in all areas, and the provider had not effectively established systems to assess, monitor and improve service quality. Care plans and risk assessments were reviewed regularly to keep them current. Safeguarding procedures were in place to protect residents from abuse, with staff trained in their responsibilities.
