People and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing them as caring and wonderful, and care was delivered with dignity. Some concerns were raised about staffing levels at times, and a malodour was noted on a ground floor carpet and some lounge chairs, which the provider agreed to address. Overall, audits and governance arrangements were found to be effective in maintaining standards.
