About Beechwood
Beechwood accommodates up to 27 adults with physical disabilities requiring nursing or personal care across two floors of an adapted building. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. Residents reported feeling safe and happy with the care they received. The home maintained safe recruitment practices with sufficient staffing levels to support residents effectively. Staff were properly trained and regularly assessed in medicine administration to ensure competency. The premises were kept clean with appropriate infection prevention and control measures in place.
