Lindley Grange Care Home

Lindley Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 45 people across two floors, with support for those requiring nursing care and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were using the service.

The home has systems in place for reporting and managing accidents, incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, with staff assessing and managing risks appropriately. Medicine management is handled safely, and staff work with healthcare professionals to support people's needs. Recruitment procedures are followed and staffing levels are determined using appropriate tools.

Managers are visible within the service, providing staff with direction and support whilst promoting positive outcomes for residents.
