All visitors were required to have a negative COVID-19 test before entry, with temperature checks conducted upon arrival. A pre-visit COVID-19 risk assessment was completed for each visitor, and personal protective equipment was supplied. Family members were permitted indoor visits only for residents with end-of-life care needs, while other visitors used a designated visitors' pod to maintain infection control measures.
