Beech Haven

Beech Haven is a family-run care home in the London Borough of Ealing providing accommodation and support for up to 30 older people, some living with dementia. The home has been operated as a partnership for over 30 years and is now registered as a limited company. At inspection, 24 people were using the service.

The home had quality assurance systems in place to monitor service delivery, though these were not always effective at identifying areas needing improvement. Inspectors found that the provider did not consistently maintain effective safeguarding systems to protect people from risk or manage medicines safely.
