About Beech Haven

Beech Haven is a residential care home in Ealing, providing personal care for older people, including some living with dementia. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent assessment of the service.

Beech Haven, in Ealing, is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 30 older people, including some living with dementia. The CQC rates the service Requires Improvement overall. Inspectors found ongoing breaches around safe care and governance, with medicines audits inconsistent, staff competency checks incomplete, and fire risk assessments outdated and contradicted by conditions found on site.

Despite this, inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and there were enough experienced, well-supported staff. People and relatives spoke positively about the care, feeling safe, well looked after and involved in decisions, with good access to healthcare professionals when needed.
