At the time of inspection, 20 residents occupied the purpose-built two-storey building, which features communal spaces and bedrooms on each floor. The service had established effective systems to prevent infection transmission.

Visitors were screened for symptoms, and notices at the entrance advised people not to enter if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, following current guidance on safe visiting practices.
