Barden House provides residential care and personal support for up to 10 people with mental health needs in a large, adapted domestic property. At inspection, nine people were using the service. People were safe and protected from abuse, with identified risks managed effectively.

The home supported positive risk taking to enhance people's quality of life. Staff were sufficient in number, allowing them time to spend with residents and provide the support people needed. Medicines were administered safely and as required.
