Arnside Lodge

This care home provides personal care for up to 32 older people, including those living with dementia and mental health needs. The service is housed in one adapted building spread over two floors, with a secure garden and patio area. At the time of inspection, 28 people were residing at the service.

While residents felt safe and supported, the provider's systems did not consistently ensure high quality care. Quality assurance processes were not fully developed to identify issues within the service and drive meaningful improvement. The provider's oversight systems had not identified shortcomings that required attention.
