Ashleigh Residential Home Limited

This residential care home provides personal care for up to 25 people, including those living with dementia. The service operates across two floors with accessible facilities including a chair lift, two communal lounges, a dining area, and outdoor space. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

Staff supported residents to make choices about their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to protect their best interests. People remained safe, with risks assessed, recorded and regularly reviewed. Residents reported that staff responded promptly when assistance was needed, and medicines were managed safely. The premises were clean with infection control procedures followed consistently. Staff demonstrated full understanding of residents' care needs, having completed assessments and developed individual care plans tailored to each person.
