19 Stone Lane

19 Stone Lane is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to six people with a learning disability and/or autism. The CQC assessed the service after receiving concerns about incident reporting and staffing, and found improvements had been made since the last inspection, with the home now rated good overall.

Inspectors found staff were trained, competent and understood how to safeguard people, with sufficient staffing and regular safety checks. People were supported to make choices, maintain independence and access their community. People and relatives spoke positively about the caring, well-led management team.
