Ayeesha-Raj Care Home

The care home provides personal care for up to twenty people with learning disabilities and those whose behaviours may be challenging. At inspection, thirteen people were using the service.

Inspectors found significant gaps in managerial oversight and quality monitoring systems. Quality checks on medication, infection control and care plans had not identified areas requiring improvement, indicating weak processes for monitoring the quality of care delivered to residents.
