Astor Lodge

Astor Lodge is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating up to 29 people on a single floor, providing personal and nursing care to younger adults, older people, and those living with dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. The home features private rooms, communal spaces including a lounge and dining room, and a small secure garden area for residents to access.

Inspectors found that staff had not received regular supervision or annual appraisals. The manager was working to address this gap in staff development and support.
