Inspectors found medicines were generally well managed, staffing levels were sufficient, and staff were kind and caring. Food met people's needs, the home was clean, and governance was being strengthened. Some garden areas needed updating, which the provider had already planned.

People and relatives spoke warmly of feeling safe and well cared for.
